Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments.
You are a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude and great communication skills are a must!
JOB DUTIES
- Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
- Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to confirm everything is working properly.
- Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Expected to know all facets of residential plumbing and repair
- Expected to lead by example, including knowledge of plumbing, ability to price projects, and assist Apprentice plumbers
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
